The New Moon Solar Eclipse on March 8/9 2016 at 18º Pisces, marks the most potent New Moon of the entire year. Eclipses have a profound affect on our consciousness. During a Solar eclipse, the Moon passes between the Sun and the Earth, casting it's shadow over the Earth while it temporarily blocks the Light and electromagnetic rays of the Sun. These moments act as a cosmic reboot of sorts in which the energies of our entire planet undergo a spontaneous restart. Although we won't be able to see this eclipse here in the US, we will certainly feel the affects and experience the benefits of it.
Traditionally, New Moons are times to begin new chapters in our lives, they offer a clean slate on which to write our intentions for what we want to create and manifest with the ripening of each Moon...they are potent times to focus on manifesting. When the New Moon energy is coupled with that of an eclipse, the potential to write a whole new story for our lives looms as a possibility, if we so choose to harness the energies. Eclipses also have the power to dissolve the veils of illusion we tend to cast over ourselves, and can often bring to light things have been hiding in the shadows...sometimes the things that are brought to light can be life changing.

There are powerful forces in the Universe at hand for us to utilize in our process of manifesting our heart's desires, so why not use them to our advantage and take some time in the next few days, to focus on what it is you would most like to create in your life? I'm finding that it's so much easier to be happy when I work with the Universe rather than against it. Why not go ahead and give it a try ;)
